Plants and other living products naturally vary. The plant you receive may not look exactly like the plant shown in a product photograph.

Plant health, growth, flowering, and fruit production depend on many conditions outside our control, including climate, growing zone, weather, shipping, planting methods, soil, drainage, watering, sunlight, temperature, fertilizer, pests, diseases, and customer care after delivery.

junecity.studio does not guarantee that a plant will survive, produce fruit, flower, reach a particular size, or perform successfully after delivery unless a specific written guarantee is included with the product.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a plant is suitable for their location, climate, growing zone, available space, and local regulations.

Prices and Availability

Prices, discounts, promotions, product availability, and shipping charges may change without notice.

The price displayed during checkout is the price that applies to your order, except in cases involving an obvious pricing or technical error.

Promotional codes and discounts may have expiration dates, apply only to selected products, have geographic restrictions, or be limited to one use per customer or order.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

Payment Processing

Payments made through https://junecity.studio are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

junecity.studio is not responsible for delays caused by a shipping carrier or events outside our reasonable control.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery and contact us if it arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because plants and other living products may be perishable, they may have different return or replacement requirements from non-living products.

To request assistance with an order, contact andre@junecity.studio and provide your order information and a description of the issue. Photographs may be requested when an order arrives damaged or when there is a concern involving a living product.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on Stripe, your bank, or your payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Digital Products and Downloads

Digital guides, plans, templates, photographs, videos, and other downloadable products are licensed for personal use unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its copyright or intellectual property.
